Although the staircase surveyor and the stairlift installer explained everything to me and told me that my life would change, once the stairlift was installed, I was sceptical. I must admit that they were correct and I was wrong. My life is so much easier these days. I have so much more energy. The stairlift is brilliant, my best buddy! Please can you thank your staff for their patience with me when I ordered my Ideal Stairlift.

When I ordered my stairlift I explained to the surveyor that the stairlift was urgently required. The surveyor told me that he would “do his best”. Do his best? The stairlift was delivered a full week faster than he had quoted! My wife could be discharged from the hospital a full week quicker. We are over the moon with our stairlift.

I searched for months without success for a stairlift to fit on my narrow, complicated, curved staircase. Many other companies visited me to provide me with a quotation, but were unable to so. When I made the same request to Ideal Stairlifts, I was surprised when their amiable surveyor provided me with a quotation for a stairlift. He then provided me with a detailed technical drawing of said stairlift on my staircase. I couldn’t believe it! When the stairlift was delivered and fitted, I was elated. The stairlift fitted perfectly. Thank you for my stairlift.

I am writing to tell you that I am really pleased with my stairlift, which was installed by Ideal Stairlifts in August. Before my stairlift was installed I became frightened of climbing my stairs, as I had had a few accidents, and only used the staircase in the morning to come down and then in the evening to go to bed. Now with my stairlift the stairs are no longer a problem as I use the stairlift several times a day. Thank you for your excellent service and thank you for my wonderful stairlift.

Whatever did I do without my Ideal Stairlift! I purchased a scooter a year ago with the intention of purchasing a stairlift at a later date. With hindsight I should have purchased a scooter and stairlift at the same time. My stairlift is equally as valuable to me as the scooter. Many thanks also to the gentleman who surveyed my staircase to ensure the stairlift would fit and to the young man who installed the stairlift.

I want to thank you for my stairlift. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness a year ago. The stairlift has made my life so much more comfortable. Can I take this opportunity to thank Ideal Stairlifts for fitting the stairlift in my home. I just love the stairlift! I had real difficulties climbing the stairs, but now I just sit in comfort on the stairlift, no more problems.
